Hoffman Serve provides professional process serving and business courier services throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding service areas, subject to availability.

Specific services, pricing, availability, and conditions may vary depending on the circumstances of each assignment.
2. SERVICE REQUESTS
Submitting a service request through our website does not automatically create an agreement or guarantee that Hoffman Serve will accept or perform the requested service.
All requests are subject to review and confirmation by Hoffman Serve.
We may contact you to obtain additional information, clarify instructions, confirm availability, discuss pricing, or determine whether we are able to perform the requested service.
A service is considered confirmed only after Hoffman Serve has communicated acceptance of the assignment and the applicable service terms have been established.
3. CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for Hoffman Serve to evaluate and perform a requested service.
This may include:
Correct names and identifying information
Addresses and locations
Legal documents
Case information
Service instructions
Deadlines
Contact information
Courier pickup and delivery information
Any other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service
Hoffman Serve is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful service, additional attempts, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information provided by the client.
If information provided by a client changes, the client is responsible for promptly notifying Hoffman Serve.
4. PROCESS SERVING
Process serving services are performed based on the information and instructions provided by the client and in accordance with applicable laws and professional service requirements.
Hoffman Serve does not guarantee that a particular individual or entity will be located or successfully served.
The number of attempts, locations visited, timing of attempts, and additional services required may vary depending on the circumstances of the assignment and the service requested.
When applicable, Hoffman Serve will provide documentation regarding service attempts and results, including proof of service or other applicable documentation.
5. RUSH AND SAME-DAY SERVICES
Rush and same-day services are subject to availability and applicable service conditions.
A request for rush or same-day service does not guarantee completion within a particular timeframe unless that timeframe has been specifically confirmed by Hoffman Serve.
Additional fees may apply for expedited services, difficult locations, additional attempts, extended travel, or other circumstances requiring additional time or resources.
6. SKIP TRACING AND STAKEOUT SERVICES
Skip tracing and stakeout services are subject to availability and the information provided by the client.
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Additional fees may apply depending on the scope, duration, location, or circumstances of the requested service.
7. COURIER SERVICES
Hoffman Serve provides business courier services for the pickup and delivery of mail, documents, and other approved business materials.
Courier services may be provided on a one-time, recurring, scheduled, rush, or same-day basis, subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, access instructions, contact information, scheduling requirements, and any other information necessary to complete the requested delivery.
Hoffman Serve may decline to transport items that are illegal, hazardous, prohibited, improperly packaged, or otherwise unsuitable for courier transportation.
8. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT
Service fees are determined based on the nature and scope of the requested service, location, timing, number of attempts, distance, urgency, and other applicable factors.
After a service request has been reviewed and confirmed, Hoffman Serve may provide an invoice, service agreement, payment instructions, or other applicable documentation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the payment terms provided by Hoffman Serve.
Payment methods may include Square, Zelle, or other payment methods made available by Hoffman Serve.
Additional charges may apply if the scope or circumstances of an assignment materially change after the service has been confirmed.
9. RECURRING CLIENTS AND BILLING
Recurring clients may, at the discretion of Hoffman Serve, be eligible for consolidated, periodic, or other billing arrangements.
Any alternative billing arrangement must be agreed upon by Hoffman Serve and the client.
The specific payment schedule and terms applicable to an approved recurring account will be established separately.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Clients should notify Hoffman Serve as soon as possible if they need to cancel, postpone, or modify a requested service.
Once an assignment has been accepted, work may begin immediately. Depending on the circumstances, fees may apply for work already performed, attempts already made, travel, scheduling, or other costs incurred before cancellation or modification.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, or modification will be handled according to the applicable service agreement, invoice, or other terms provided for the specific assignment.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ATTORNEY DIRECTORY
The Hoffman Serve website may contain links to or listings for third-party businesses, attorneys, law firms, or other service providers.
These listings are provided as an informational resource only.
Hoffman Serve does not represent, guarantee, endorse, or warrant the qualifications, services, pricing, availability, results, or reputation of any third-party business, attorney, or law firm listed on our website.
